A good way to start the year….

I believe everyone has their good years and their bad years.  You have to go through them both.

It's life.

For us, this past year was a good one.  The kids are growing like weeds, everyone's healthy, life is good…at this moment.

But as we know first hand, things can change in the blink of an eye.   We have learned (and are still learning) to not take things for granted.  Be thankful for this moment which is good.

For this next year, we pray that it is a good year.  We pray that the children are well and continue to grow out of their clothes at an alarming rate.  We pray for safety and shelter for that which will come.  We pray for tough choices we will have to make.  We pray that God will open the right doors for us and place us right where we need to be.  We pray that we will be together as a family…this crazy, close-knit, goofy family.
